Kassidy, from Inking It Up Crazy asked a few of us to help her out in celebrating WORLD CARDMAKING DAY! I am so honored to be a part of this special day - and to be included in such a GREAT bunch of cardmakers! My project is BIRTHDAY and my 4-year old grand-daughter, Lexi, wanted to help. She loves stickles and I think she did a pretty good job of getting them in the right places! Here's our offering.
I used "Hoot 'n Holler" Lite Cartridge that I got from my local Walmart. They had it marked down to $15. I decided that I wanted to do something with fall colors that would be suitable to give a man. I used some kraft cardstock and inked it all over with my versamark pad and a leaf stamp. I embossed some green cardstock with my cuddlebug folder - to give it a wood grain texture. I attached the three owls on a limb with some pop-dots to make it pop and then matted the sentiment and used pop-dots on that too. Lexi loved adding the stickles and the bling. She wants to give this to her Great-Grandpa for his birthday this month!
Thanks so much for taking the time to look at our project.
