This is my entry to Linda's challenge:
I used the Paper Wishes border punch system for my butterfly border. They have a wide selection of punches available that when used with the border system, creates perfectly placed borders. The stamp is one from my own collection, that I stamped in brown ink and matted with brown. I added just a touch of stickles to the center of the flower and also to the center of the butterflies. Then added the sentiment and one simple pearl. You can see another version of this card below.
I used a scissor border and the butterfly punch border, then some stickles and a simple pearl. I really liked how both of these came out - very simple and elegant. Paper Wishes makes some Dazzle Stickers that are stackable...and I wish I had some of the butterflies to add to the center of the flower. I think it would have set it off perfectly. I will have to place an order and try this card again!
I think that is what makes all of us "papercrafters" so unique. We always strive to do it a bit different - a bit better...and reach out to new ideas and products!!
I want to thank Paper Wishes again, for sponsoring Creative Sisters Monday Challenges this month. I've had so much fun with both these challenges! Now for my blog candy!
