For my project, I used the YOU ARE PRRRRFECT file.  Here's a look at what I did with it,

 

 

 I loved creating this layout - the piecing was so much fun to create.  I just love that little cat...even though I am allergic in real life.  I have a cameo, and since all of Nikki's piecings come with file extensions for hand cutters, paper piecers, svg's, scal, etc...it's easy to find one that will work with your machine.
